Q: What do you do at a School?

A: We have presentations on the Essential Teaching, the History of our
tradition and psychological stages of the journey of meditation, discussion groups and practice to help us communicate the teaching effectively.

Q: Can I attend your School, if my practice is TM?

A: Our practice is a Christian one, and the School is to pass on this specific Teaching.

Q: Can I attend your School, although I am following a different Christian
contemplative tradition?
